Do you know where the first Cornelius Dabney owned land in VA. My 7th great grandfather, Thomas Tinsley, had a neighbor by that name. About 1650 in Jamestown. Tradition has it that he married a Dabney, supposedly an Elizabeth Dabney. All I'm sure of is that her first name was Elizabeth. That's from his will.
