I'm related to Thomas Carr and Mary Dabney through their daughter Sarah Carr and her husband John Minor. I'm thrilled to get Mary's parents and grandparents straight. Everything I found was really confusing! Thomas Carr has also been a stumbling block for me, you wouldn't happen to know his parents, would you?
I have a few lines similar to your double child connection. It is an odd feeling to go up a line and then see it connect to another sibling.
