Contractor on AL railroad tunnel

In the 1920s, two sources reported that the contractors on the contruction (1886-88) of the Coosa and Oak Mountain Tunnels, Shelby County, AL (Columbus and Western Railway, later Central of Georgia) included "Shea and Dabner" or "Shay and Dabney." I'm looking for this Dabner/Dabney.
