My maiden name is Dabney--My father is Charles William Dabney Jr. I am related to Virginius Dabney and Cornelius Dabney. I have been told that each Dabney is related--do you know what the significance of the names Charles and William are in the family? (they repeat for hundreds of years) Also, how have you obtained your information thus far? I've been doing significant family research lately and have hit some dead ends on the census records unless you know the city that they lived in at a particular time. Also, have you obtained any of the books on the Dabney Family? Please Email me back. Thank You,
Sarah C. Linderman
