There are no recent post that I can find on these two gentlemen so I am asking for help.
James Dabney was born ~ 1822 in TN and married Melinda Reeves. I am looking for his parents. All the older post suggest that they are Charles b: 1761 VA and Elizabeth "Betsey" Hail b: 1777 VA. If true then who was Charles' parents? Cornelius and Mary Molly Lane are suggested, but the dates just do not seem to line up.
I would really appreciate any information so I can work on back in my line.
