I am also a decendent of Robert Lee Dabbs, the infamous goat farmer, (some times called goat roper). My grandmother, Annie P. Dabbs cared for him in his last days. His reputation was that of bitterness in his last days due to pain from arthritis and medicative iritation to the stomach. His youngest son was my Grandfather, John T. Dabbs, Sr. My father is Robert E. Dabbs. I am Glenn E. Dabbs, Sr. and have three sons, and a daughter. My grandmother's mother married my grandfather's father after my grandparents were married, not before. I was three when Robert Lee Dabbs's last wife died. She is buried at the methodist church grave yard near Munford. Her death occurred around 1959. (My alias: Turkey Dillon)
