Yes, indeed, this is your line. I can trace them back from OK to AR to TN. The last time find them identifiably in the censuses is 1850, when have Elizabeth Hopper Dabbs and her children Albert C., William R., Frances J., and Joseph John, lived in Carroll Co., AR. The censuses indicate that the family came from TN, and was in TN as late as 1846. Unfortunately, Elizabeth is not listed with her husband in 1850. I suppose he had died some time between 1846 and 1850. I speculate that her husband was Richard Dabbs because we find a marriage between one Richard Dabbs and one Betsy Harper (variant of Hopper) in 1826 in Hardeman Co., TN. We find the name Richard in the several descendants who were named William Richard Dabbs. So, I suppose this is likely her husband. However, even making this assumption, trying to find a suitable Richard Dabbs in Hardeman Co. has proved difficult. If you know anything about this, or hear anything, I'd appreciate knowing. Lou
