DABBS and Nanny HOGGATT (of Goochland and Lunenburg Co., VA (a great deal of DABBS information I have seen indicates this relationship).
The children of Joseph DABBS and Nanny HOGGATT are:
1. William DABBS b abt 1734 d 1804 Charlotte Co., VA. Married Catherine LNU
William lived in Lunenburg/Charlotte Co.,VA
2. Richard DABBS married 1)Elizabeth FOSTER
2) Anne Cunningham widow of Andrew HANNAH
Richard Lived in Lunenburg/Charlotte Co., VA
3. Joseph DABBS (Capt. Joseph DABBS, k in Rev.) married Hannah KOLB
Capt. Joseph lived in the South Carolina just across the line from Anson Co., NC
4. Eleanor DABBS died as a child.
5. Mary DABBS married Capt. Patrick BOGGAN
(all of the above are documented)
Mary moved with her mother and stepfather James WEBB to North Carolina and ended up in Anson Co., NC
6. Nathaniel DABBS married Elizabeth LNU
(much information to indicate that these are Nathaniel's parents
Nathaniel lived in Charlotte Co., VA and Anson Co., NC
If anyone has more information on this family or correction to the above, please post.
