"Dabbs Family Genealogy, U.S" by Dr. Jack Autrey DABBS gives the following for Othello Dubart DABBS: born 28 JAN. 1882 in Valley Spring (?), TX. die c. 1950 in California. Son of Milton Brown DABBS and Emma Willetta BOURLAND. Married Vada VINSON 1903 in Llano, County, Texas.

Milton Brown DABBS, born 31 August 1855 in Rock House Creek, Perry County, TN (another account says born in Ozark Hills, Arkansas). Died 7 July 1930 in Valley Springs, TX. Buried in Valley Springs. Married (1) Emma Wiletta BOURLAND17 Sep 1872 in Valley Springs, TX (5 children of this marriage); married (2) Mollie Armour GREER in Llano, TX (3 Children of this marriage). He was an independant merchant. etc.
