The info I have is as follows: Joseph Dabbs married Nancy Hoggatt, Nathaniel Dabbs married Elizabeth ?, Jesse Dabbs married Keziah ?, John H. Dabbs married Mary A. Hoyle ?, Marcus Banks Dabbs married Katie Estelle Dyke, john Pendleton Dabbs married 1st Mary S. Stowers.
I received this from James Dabbs. My personal knowledge commences with my grandfather (John Pendleton Dabbs - married Mary S. Stowers, then divorced her and married Mabel ? Dabbs. But, I have no memories of my grandfather ever talking about his family or even of my grandmother's family. I intend to obtain some kind of ancestry info for my children and grandchildren before I die - and I was diagosed with inoperable lung cancer in August of '98 so time is speeding up. Thanks for your response.
