Molly: After receiving your last comment, I thought you might be interested to know that Pleasant Dabbs (b. 1842 son of James Dabbs my g.g. grandfather) was a Pv. in the C Company, 10th calvary, in the civil war. Later he was found in the 1870 census of Dunklin co. Mo. living in the township of West Prairie with his wife KESIAH. Interesting that there are two Kesiahs, when that is such an unusual name.
