This is how the address would have been written in 1921:

The name of the street “Za nostem 43,” as given on the manifest, was misspelled. The correct name is “Za mostem 43.”“Za mostem” means behind or past the bridge.
The “P’ stands for Pošta or Post office.
In 1921 Ledec nad Sázavou was still called just Ledec, so you do have the right town. After 1921 it was officially renamed to Ledec nad Sázavou (Ledec on the River Sázava).
