You have US documentation that gives you Mestesko as being the ancestral village? What did your ancestor considered himself to be, Bohemian or Ruthenian? You might know that the English Y is a J sound.
Did find few STOJAKs in http://phone.quick.cz but I find STOJAK in village Mestisko, Slovak Republic (former Czechoslovakia). www.zoznamst.sk
