There is a historic geographic territory in the Czech Republic called Moravia and it's citizens are ETHNIC Moravians. They speak the Czech language.
There is also a historic RELIGIOUS community called Moravians who, long ago, left Moravia and they tend to be ETHNIC Germans. At least they spent so much time in German lands they became thoroughly germanized and probably won over many German converts.
The Kingdom of Bohemia was originally made up of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Most of Silesia was taken away buy wars with Fredrich the Great of Prussia in about the 1760's and remained German property till 1945 when it was awarded to Poland.
If records of this colony have survived they will be found in the country where the site of the Jorde Colony is located today. Since some of historic Silesia is on both sides of the Czech-Polish border (I believe most is in Poland today)you will have to know EXACTLY where it was for starters.
