Czech to English translation and town/village of "Ludomerice"?
Hi,
My family search has taken me to southern Bohemia and I have a couple of documents I am trying to translate.I have a travel document that has a lot of handwriting on the back of it, what I believe to be a baptism certificate and another doucment that I not sure of.I know there are many names and vital pieces of information on these documents, I just don't know what they say!Can anyone help?
Also, I have an inspection card for my great grandfather's passage into the US and it says his last residence is "Ludomerice, Bohemia" (at least that is what it looks like...handwritten).The travel document mentioned above says the same thing. In my searched I find a "Sudomerice", so I'm wondering if that is the town/village they meant on these documents.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tom
