Karen

No such village Prismolitz using www.ihff.at From what sort of a document are you getting this spelling?
In Czech phone book http://phone.quick.cz STIKAROVSKY, STIKAROVSKA (ska is a female ending), KOPECEK and KOPECKOVA (ova a female ending). No W in Czech alpabet.
CHWALCZOWSKY seems incorrect for Czech or Polish spelling. In Poland CHWALCZEWSKI. Found a village Chvalcov in CZ, which is possible your surname CHWALCZOWSKY originates from.
