In 1993 Czechoslovakia became Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
Neither spelling is correct. There is no doubt that how you wrote the village's name that how it is on the documents? You do know that Europeans do write few letters differently from Americans. Not having luck finding the villages using http://mapy.atlas.cz www.ihff.at
