Hi - Trying to track down family roots. Will be going to Czech Republic end of June. Found origional baptismal records for great grandparents in catholic church in Kamenice nad Lipou apparently they were born in Pravikov and lived there before coming to the USA via the Port of Baltimore. Any way to find records at church via the internet or will I have to go there to do so. Will records still remain from the 1860's? Also any help with Czech translation of records and a letter dated 1905. I am using a dictionary and it is a slow go. Handwriting from that time period is challenging. I live on Long Island - anyone near me speak/read Czech? Thank you for any help you could provide. Laura Hopkins
