I am trying to find out if the document list his place of birth? I do not have a paid subscription to Ancestry so can not view anything hand written.
As the saying goes, location, location, location will get you on your way with the research.
I bet the surname was SIMKANYIN - (half) Hungarian spelling of S^IMKANIN where the transcriber mistook the Y for a Z. You most likely will find a variety of spelling in the church records.
