Anton Putchler lived at P28 Petlarn......
Anton married Margaretta (Paul) in 1846 and raise 3 children at this address.
George married Anna (KRAUS).....(remember that name)!
Barabara the second child married Ignatz Guntner on 11 Feb. 1879 and immigrated to the U.S. in 1882.
The youngest Margaretta married Feb. 24, 1873. Johann Reiss, son of Matthia Reiss and Anna Maria Guentner. He is a cobbler in Petlarnbrand #11 where the first three of his four children are born.
In 1878 the family moves to Vienna, where the youngest child, Anna is born.
Of the four children nothing is known of the middle two, Ignata or Margaretta. (Note: made by my Aunt in California - "
Ignatz is Bernard Guentners Grandfather.....
Margaretta married Mr. Kurtz - daughter Mary Becker". )
The first child, Martia Reiss(Bauer), immigrates to America in 1893 where she marries Anton Bauer, (Note from Aunt: "Elsie, Mamies parents, San Jose, Calif.") the second son of Anton Bauer and Therresia Guentner of Petlarnbrand #68.
So the Putchlers lived at P28, and the Bauers lived at #68.
I am sure you have the same letter. As Neal sent this to my Aunt.......This is only a partail summary to let you know about the #'s.
