Looking for ancestors of Marie Velenovsky from Hradesice, Bohemia

I am looking for information on the ancestors of Marie "Mary" Velenovsky from Hradesice, Bohemia, b. 8 May 1850. She immigrated to Baltimore, Maryland, USA in 1871.

She married Josef Kozlovsky, b. 9 Jan 1852 in Kvetus, Bohemia (also immigrated to Baltimore in 1871 - separately from Marie).

Her father's name is Thomas Velenovsky and mother's name is unknown. She apparently had a brother Karel "Charles", b. 6 Aug 1855 in Velenovy, Bohemia, d. 20 Jan 1934 in Baltimore, Maryland and sister Frances "Teta", b. abt. 1860 in Bohemia (immigrated to Baltimore in 1880 and married John Priol, a German). We have absolutely no additional information on her family in Bohemia.
