The coffee grinder inscription is: "Na památku (to remember by) Alžb?ta Pergl 1883".
Obviously, one of her (female) friends or relatives, named Alzbeta Pergl, gave her a memento (in this case a useful one) to remember her by, for the rest of her life in the "New World". In those days people knew for sure, that most likely they should not expect to see each other again (in this world).
Otherwise, the surname Hradeèek (Hradeczek)has a female form Hradeèková (the same as for instance Pergl and Perglová). As the German language surnames (Vorname) do not differ (between male and female) in German speaking parts or in German written documents the (Czech) female forms of surnames were often omitted, particularly in older documents.
