Hi Tom, good to see you back.
Classical Latin did not have J, only I (compare INRI = Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum). Some I's were replaced by J's in late medieval usage (Jesus, Judaeorum). So, in a classical dictionary, you should be looking for iuris rather than juris.
But it's not really as simple as that. The word you need is "ius" = "law". The genitive is "iuris" = "of law", and your dictionary entry will say "ius, iuris".
"Both" laws means civil and church laws.
