Hohenzollern was a German ruling dynasty, so I would assume it was the name of a ship, but no guarantees.

You should get a good map of the area. Namest nad Oslavou is a town north of Znojmo and west of Brno. Pribram is a village some 7 miles east of Namest. There are other Pribrams in the country, but this seems to be the one you are looking for. Povuka/Provuka sounds strange and must be misspellt. The only similar name I found in the area is Popuvky south of Namest, and there is also a place called Vysoke Popovice next to Pribram.
