Kaisers of Starec, Bohemia

I found several Kaisers listed in the IGI index. They are the children of Jan Kaiser and Rosalia Cerna (married abt 1875). The children are: Jan Kaiser (abt 1876), Josef (1878), Frantisek (1880) Josefa (1882), Alois (1888), and Vaclav (1891) - all dates are estimated. My grandfather Vaclav Kaiser was born in 1881 and was probably from Starec, Bohemia. I found an entry where Vaclav Kaiser came thru Ellis Island, NY in 1902. It said he was from Starec. I know that my grandfather had a sister named Josefa and possibly a brother(s) named Josef and Alois. So, there is a very good possibility that these people are my relatives (Grandparents and great aunts/uncles). But, I thought that my grandfather's father was named Josef. So, I am probably mistaken. Does anybody have any other information about this family line? Who submitted the information to the IGI Index? I would like to talk with the submitter. Please write.
