What was language of your ancestor?
Any success locating the arrival manifest on this ancestor?
By any chance the ancestor was naturalized citizen, had social security numbers? You need to find a precise place of birth. I'm sure you know that in 1993 Czechoslovakia separated into Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

Is it possible the surname is KRAJCIR and not KRAJCER?
Please take a look in Maybe you can find your ancestor's arrival manifest.
