I am sorry, but it is clear that you aren't familiar with DNA testing and what it can tell and not tell regarding genealogy.
I am looking at 2 samples from people who descend from Pierre Cyr, and they match exactly suggesting common descent. Neither of them has been tested as R1b-U152.
The only sample that has tested as R1b-U152 is for someone who is descended from a James Seers born in 1720 in West Virginia, having no clear connection to Acadia. That sample does not match the 2 samples mentioned above. These are two different lineages, despite sharing a similar sounding last name.
I am not going to say anything more about this issue, but I do feel obligated to let readers of this forum know that you are flooding it with inaccurate assertions based on a faulty understanding of DNA genetic testing.
