willemas de Sirre 1237 Glastonbury somersetshire

I have since found that he was the

Count of Poterie.......Honfleur Normandy......which is really at the mouth of the Seine leading to Rouen

This is also Deaville and Fecamp :........the birthplace of William the conqueror

We know Pierre is a 25 out of 25 DNA match to the De Criols:

The De Criols are from Williams brother: William Count of Eu.

This would seem to be our missing Pierre link: at least it finally places the name Sirre in a valid connection with Normandy..........

but what they actually used as a last name in Normandy: I dont know

I have never found Sirre anywhere but England.
