breakthrough on spelling Sirre

As everyone knows chasing Sirre has been a crazy adventure as it was not a family name in france during pierres lifetime

however, there is one tiny group along the Atlantic coast 1/2 way between La Rochelle and Nantes that came to spell it this way.......in Coex and St. Hilaire

so checking some marriage records it appears that they spelled it SIRA

and checking even deeper it was SUIRA

This confirms that Siré and Sirre are not at all the same names.........all lumped under Sire in most data bases

now we still dont know if pierre was one of them..........this simply confirms the spellings and pronunciations..........and eliminates most other versions of the name

as we know, the use of the u is interchangeable with a second r.........in old french grammar.

and indeed that is what pierre did.........but finding the u as the origin opens up all new doors........

it creates somewhat of a link to the loudun suires......potentially........

although is andre truly is a lesuire......from loudun swiss stock as we believe, there is no genetic match......

anyway this solves a defining problem of what did Sirre really sound like and how was it really spelled.
