You are too kind! lol....... I got into this for my daughter and kinda got hooked when what I was finding did not add up. In fact worse than that: so much of it was just flat wrong I started to dig deeper Wonders of the internet these days......... and one of the old stories is that Andre Sire: coming in 1668 and Pierre Sirre, Acadia in 1671 were brothers....... This is the main item I think 12 markers will prove or disprove. Myself I have never found a shred of proof, but the story has carried on for so long it is worth checking out. I do have a ready pool from the Andre Sire lineage. Just need to build a Pierre Sirre lineage pool. As for Sirois, Surreau, Le Seur, and every other variation: every single man has been accounted for in Canada prior to 1700. The only "invisible" one is Pierre Sirre, with a variation of this name. that is why I am fairly confident that we WILL find him to be Pierre de la Serre who disappeared in 1667 and Pierre Sirre who mysteriously appeared around 1668.
