I've been told that Louis Cyr was an uncle of my relatives. I think Pierre T. Cyr, born 1855 in Canada was a brother of William Cyr born 23 Apr 1853, Kingsey Drummond, Quebec. William married Marie Anne Roi born 1852 in Canada. Marie died in 1883 Amesbury, MA and William died 1917 in MA. One of their children, Rose Cyr, born 8 Apr 1879 in Paunel, VT was my grandmother.
Since I've read Louis Cyr was one of 17 children, I wondered if the above mentioned Pierre and William could have been his brothers.
I'd be happy for any information you have regarding Louis' relatives.
