Hezelda Serre - St. James Louisiana

I am looking for information on my great-grandmother Hezelda Serre who married Bernard Reider and Simon Rouillier in St. James Civil Parish, Louisiana. The Reider marriage date was May 23, 1843 and her marriage to my ggf was after that.

I have her parents listed as Hugue Serre and Euphasaie Bergeron.

Spelling vary in the records of the Diocese of Baton Rouge (Rouiller was spelled Rullier) so I assume Serre could have been Cyr. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
