I very much hope that you are still out there, as I have just this afternoon stumbled on this web by pure chance.
I am fascinated to know that there are more Pratsides and indeed Pratsis's out there.
I live in Barnet, Hertfordshire, just north of greater London in the UK), I was born her in 1964; father Panayiotis Pratsis, mother Georgia Pratsis. (They both came over to London in 1951).
I am not sure, but having also seen Eve's messages, I have begun to wonder, (perhaps hope) that there may be a link between the three of us?!
My Father comes from Morpou!, and my paternal grandfather was Christos - He has six other children, two setp children as my grandmonmther was previously widowed, and three other sons and two daughters. (My Father is the youngest).
I really know very little else about either previous generations or indeed the spread of the Pratsis family from my father's brothers and sisters.
BUT, I have a suspicion that my Grandfather Christos, could be your grandfather Costa's brother?
I may be totall wrong and if so,, let me apologies now. However, I would love to hear from you, so I'll keep a look out for a posted return and take it from there.
I am seeing my parents next week, (they now live in Cyprus and are coming over for Christmas, so I hope that that they will be able to fuill in some detail forme and perhaps establish a link or not - Certainly the Pratsis'e and Pratsides here in London and I bleiev Surrey are related but I know so few.
Anyway, I have two beuatiful children Isobel aged 6 and Louis aged 3 (and a half).
