Actually, "French Raymond IV count of St.Gilles of Tripoli of France" is translated more like this : " Gallos Raymond o Pemptos, contes tou St.Gilles tis Tripolis Gallias. ". The French are called Galloi ( pron.gallee )and in the old times they were called " Frangoi " ( pron. Frangee ).
