Hello Odysseus,
My name is Maria I am 41 and I live in the USA. My mother is Erasmia Meitanis (well, now it's Erasmia Elisseou) daughter of Ioannis (voskos) Meitanis from Trimithi Cyprus. If I remember correctly ... from a thousand years ago when I was a child, there was a Christaki that lived next door from my grandmother in Trimithi that was my age, perhaps it's your dad? (I am really not sure if he was a Metianis though, I just know we were related). Here in the US we have all of the siblings that my mother has left her sisters Despina and Androulla, and her late briother Christos' son Savvas (Christos passed away in 1986). Her sister Chrystalla who never left Cyprus passed away about 5 years ago. I'd love to hear from you and I am sure my mother will be veryy happy to hear that I have found yet another relative on the computer ... this time from her side :-) Write me MTuscany99@aol.com
I must go now, Despina's son Costas is getting married today and I have to get my boys George 18 & Chris 16 moving so we can be on time.
