Hi I'm new to this site but i've been told that if I post a message here I may find someone who can help me with my family search. Please excuse my spelling of some words as Im not sure of how they are spelt.
My Dads family moved to England and America in the 1930's They were Pratsis or Pratsides as was my surname. They were born in a village called Morthou near Nicosia. Lived there 1900's and probley before. Brothers nams were Antony, Elize, Adonia,Costa,Nick,Chris, Father was the English to Charels and Mother Helen.The other name which was used was Charalamou. which all the Brother had as second names.There was also a family that lived on the Road going to Nicosia.A man called Andrew he was a lawler.
