There appears to be an overwrite. It could be either E. D. or E. B. The first line says Dad E. B. Cutts
Do you know why dad was used? I will be happy to send the photograph to you. The man in the photograph is appears to be between 60 adn 70. The book was probably made in 1937 and 1938
