I am interested in the geneaology of George William Cutshaw, b. July 29, 1886, in Wilmington, Will County, IL. He was the son of Charles Curtis Cutshaw (born in IL)and Mary Ellen Pilkington (born in England). George William Cutshaw died in San Diego, CA on August 22, 1973.

George Cutshaw was a baseball player in his early years. He started his career with Oakland in the Pacific Coast Leage. He played major league ball from 1912 to 1923 for Brooklyn, Pittsburgh and Detroit. He ended his playing career with Seattle of the Pacific Coast League.

I have a copy of his death cert. Any additional information would be appreciated.
