i do not know if this will help or not...
i have a catharine gottschall born around 1750 who is the daughter of peter jr gottshall he is from hempfield ,lancaster, penn. he settled in fred. mardland in 1790 after his dad died. on church records he is listed as peter cutsail but in church records he is peter gottscahll. he came with his sister catharine elizabeth gottschall who was married to johannes hahn.
peter had a son named j gotlib. cutsail, but no john
peters brother micheal gottschall son came out to stark ohio for a short timehe lived in northumberland, penn
also peter senior had a son john peter who is on his will as his youngest son with his second wife.. he came back to hempfeild in 1810 and was listed between 16-25 with two kids and a women the saem age.. he came out to stark ohio also in the 1813 i believe he then married an elizabeth friday a widow in stark ohio... hope this helos aliitled
i belive my andrew hawn/hahn dad john hahn was adams hahns son i believe johannes and adam are sons of micheal hawn in fred. md micheal is loudwic brother i belive..
hope it helps if you have any info on a john hahn who was married to a cathrine gottschool and went to stark ohio please let me know .....they went out bwteen 1811 ad 1825 thans just me ginger
