There is a family tree in One World Tree that takes this family back to a Cutshall spelling and a Gottscatt spelling. Looks like this line starts with a Gottschalk b. 1737 Germany...The information I happen to have on hand doesn't have Henry but it appears to be the same family lines--
Fredrick Gottscatt Cutshall who is m. to Catherine Cleasley--John
Cutshall/Margaret Smithers--John Cutshall/Rebecca Dickson--William M
Cutshaw/Charity Rogers--John Cutshaw/Betsey Combs--Geo. W. b. 26 Mar 1809 d.
Aug 1885 m. Martha Jane Moxley
