Evidence of Henry/Eliz Hornbeck in Hampshire County???

Does anyone know of definitive proof that Henry Cutright and wife Elizabeth Hornbeck settled in Hampshire County, WV? After they died Hampshire became Hardy County. I imagine the records are at Romney in Hampshire rather than Moorefield in Hardy. Did they leave a will?

Also, John 'the bear hunter' Cutright married Eliz Subre in Hampshire. Did they register a marriage bond that may be on file in Moorefield?
