Re: John [John the Bear Hunter] Cutright.Our family decends from this ancestor. I have documentation of John's term in the revolutionary was and his death in Dec. 1830 just 8 days before his spuose, Elizabeth Subre,she was 73 at that time. The first child of john and Elizabeth was Elizabeth, born Jan. 5, 1776. She married Alexander Ramsey 1792 or 93. She died June 30. 1838. My great aunt Ellen Cutright Decker gathered this info and published the book CUTRIGHT FAMILIES and printed in 1988.I can be reached at:
