William and Lavinia Jane Cuthbert

I am searching for ancestors of William and Lavinia Jane (nee Booth). They sailed for Tasmania, Australia in 1833 on the Bristol, out of Dublin. The story is that she was the daughter of a Belfast Brewer. I have quite a lot on descendants but a blank in UK. Don't even know if they were originally from Ireland. They named their property in Tas. "Seventhrope", which I have been told may have been a link to the old country? Their children had names like Robert Daniel, Charles Daniel, William Sherwin, Richard Henry, Elizabeth Henrietta
Any info would be great, Thanks
