Beginning with your grandparents would you mind sharing your line of ascent? I'd like to check against my records.

My line starts with Joseph Custer, b. c1800, d. before 08 April 1837. This has been a hard line to trace. Trying to document Joseph with the next step back. [Emanuel Custer & Ann Miller.] Susannah, half sister? Many Thanks.

Possibly Emmanuel Custer, b. 29 July 1754, m. c10 October 1829, Cresaptown Tues last. [both of that place.], d. 14 July 1834. Allegheny Co., PA
