My great grandfather was James (Newton?) Curtiss. (May have been changed from Curtis)
He was married to Effie May Coon possibly in Sellersburg, IN around 1890. They had thirteen children, including my grandfather Charles F. Curtiss. Names were Harry (oldest, married to Kathryn and died early) Howard, Walter, Jimmy and Richard - girls were Hazel, Blanche, Doris, Mabel and Grace. Plus twins who died early or during childbirth.
I'd appreciate any information you have on this line. I am eager to know about ancestors, but would enjoy learning about descendants. I am particularly interested in learning James' parentage and country(ies) of origin.
