Isaac W. Curry's parents may have been found. Deb Wils contributed.
A lady named Sara Elizabet Samford is buried in the Sardis Cemetery, Ellis County Texas where Isaac W. and his relatives are. Mrs Samford's maiden name was Curry, On her death certificate it's stated she was born in 1836 (old enough to be his sister) in "Murry" (Maury) county, Tennessee which is adjacent to Lawrence county. Her parents are named as "Isaac Curry" and and "Annie Overstrett."
In the 1850 Lawrence County, Tenn census there is a household headed by "Ann Curry" aged 46. She was born in VA.
children are
Thos G Curry 20 TN
Nancy R Curry 18 TN
Ketty (Kitty) A Curry 16 TN
Isaac W Curry 10 TN
(It's possible Sara Elizabet may be already married and out of the household, even at aged 14-15)
As for where is the husband of Ann in the 1850 census?, there is an Isaac T. Curry buried in The Curry Family Cemetery in Lawrence County Tenn, who was born in Pittsylvania County, VA in 1800 and died in Lawrence co. Dec. 14, 1842. This could possibly be Ann's late husband and Isaac W's father.
Also, it's stated that Isaac T. is the son of Nathan Isaac Curry and Nancy Gresham Curry.
In addition there is a brother to Isaac T. also buried in the Curry family cemetery in Lawrence county. His name is Thomas Gresham Curry. Born 1793 in Virginia, died Apr. 10, 1858 in Lawrence County, Tennessee, This may be the namesake for the older boy, "Thomas G." in Ann's household in 1850.

Ellis county obituary for Nancy C. Justice Curry. (Mentions the marriage date to I.W. Curry and that he had been blind since early in their marriage)
Could it have been the result of an injury from the Civil War?
"NANCY C. JUSTICE CURRY
Mrs. Curry died Feb. 26, 1894. She married Bro. I. W. Curry Aug. 16, 1863, and in 1867 united with the M. E. Church South. Bro. Curry lost his sight early in their married life and has been blind for more than twenty years; so being poor and raising a large family made the burden exceedingly heavy on Sister Curry, but she succeeded in bringing up their children in a way highly creditable to them. Their boys had just succeeded in getting a comfortable home for their parents to enjoy in the decline of their life, but God took Sister Curry. May the love and grace of God uphold her husband, sons and daughter."
