I am also descended from Joseph CURRY. When I look at the dates for Andrew CURRY he looks like a father to Joseph rather than a brother. Andrew is in the 1770 Horton Census making his date of birth at least 20 years before that or 1750. The first time that Joseph shows up in the records according to Duncanson in his book "Falmouth-A New England Township" he is buying land in 1779 in Horton. But on looking myself in the records the first time I can find him is in 1792 with Poll Tax records and earmark registers. Joseph is not listed in the 1770 Census so he was not the head of a household at that time. He could of course be a younger brother but it seems more likely to me that he came with Andrew as a son from Ireland.
