Hello Bryant,Yes this is the General Jackson Curry, born abt 1882 and died on July 22 1957 in Arcadia. He was married to your Wavie E. Collier(daughter of William Henry Collier and Ida Hair)on Jan 7th 1921. He married again after that to a Belle. He is the Youngest son of Aaron Jackson Curry b abt 1835 in Early County GA, we know that Aaron Jackson Curry's father was Jones Curry b in 1810 ?were not sure where. We have ,Jonas "Jones" Curry and Mary Bird Marriage cert 1838 Early County GA. We believe they came to FL in abt 1841, but cant prove it yet. They are on an 1850 census in Putnum Co FL, on the census, They have the Oldest boy's name spelled as Source , but it was Zora Curry,18, then Jack,15, and Harriet 7 yrs old, I descend from her, she married to William Shiver and lived in Kissimmee Valley, till she died in 1897. Zora lived in Manatee county, and married a Mourning Brooker, she died and he remarried a Martha Hagler,I have a picture of there youngest daughter Evalina Magdelina Curry, Martha is also a Hair descendant. I know one Of Aaron Jackson Curry, Descendants, I could sent you her email address if you want ? I have a photo of the youngest son of Jones Curry taken in abt 1900.I could send you. They seem to all have dark eyes, hair and skin.I have there Seminole Indian War pension files.Aron Jackson was a mail carrier before the Seminole Indian War 1857, In Putnam County.
