Hi George,
I don't have much info on Sarah but will tell you what I have...Sarah was born at Litwood, Mearns, Renfrewshire, SCOTLAND and christened on 13 Jan 1825 at Mearns, Renfrewshire, SCOTLAND. She married Robert Hay on 9 Jul 1854 also at Mearns. I am not sure who her parents were but have found the following couple on the IGI...Duncan Currie and Mary Campbell who married 4 Nov 1832 at Mearns also. I suspect this couple would be related in some way at least but don't know if they would be her parents considering they were married after she was born but then again it wouldn't be the first time I have come across this situation! Unfortunately that is all I have but I will keep your details and if I do get more info I'll let you know. Would appreciate it if you could do the same. Thanks George...Debra Hay (Sydney, Australia).
