Looking for origins and parents of William Cromartie Currie, 1810-1876, Vicksburg, MS and Carroll parish, LA. He married (1) Adeline Whitaker, they had a) Abram Whitaker Currie and b) Huldah A. D. Currie; Adelina died, then Wm. married (2) Hester Ann Richards (Richardson) and they had several more children. Both were from MS but lived in LA by 1850.
